I posted over a month ago how I felt Hinder was too good to not be promoted, and realized that not only does the All American Nightmare song not have a video featuring the band in it - there are no more videos for the album! I mean, why would they not want to play huge venues and be on television or all over the internet..without you and lips were hits, and better than me..cool videos, etc....this album..WHY NOTHING!!! "The Life" could have been a monster hit with a creative video...so dissapointed..

Not to mention...red tail lights..talk about no.1 ballad...literally have a couple breaking up in the rain at night, etc...simple idea, yes it's been done before, but it would also skyrocket the sales of their album and generate a ton of interest..i just dont get it..

hey, thanx for joining! i'm sure the guys are working on a bunch of things right now.. they really are always thinking about new stuff.. and yeah, they love to hear what we have to say, especially when it's good stuff like this and i totally agree with you, i loved AAN the video was fun and loved the concept, but i also do feel like there should be a newer video out with them in it so we could post it everywhere... but also videos take money and time... and i know time is very minimal right now, because those guys are ALWAYS touring!!!! =D give a little take a little.... but hopefully soon!!!

I think Hinder made a New Video? of "What Ya Gonna Do" anybody know for sure went it will be released?
In most Music contracts the bands have to pay for their own Video's & it makes a differants if it comes out of your own pocket unless the record company helps pay for it & their not cheap! so thiers has to be some kind of return for their money w play time & the pay out is Huge If the band thinks their no benefit to doing it, than they are not going to just throw their money ay but they need to be in the Game Like all fans I want them to make videos But I want to see them on Tv & Music Shows & if your not in the main stream it hard to get them to play your Video so thats a factor too & rock Videos tend not to be play that much
But I think they done a good job with the Internet & Radio promation But I think they need to put a lot more into TV TV & More TV Like the The Today show, Ellen, SNL, New years eve (They missed that one) Jimmy Kimmel, Corbel & late night shows & they need to invade the cable Music Video shows like VH1 top 20 They Really need to go after the Tv/Cable Market
This is just my option & they are hard workers so I think they should start barking up a differant tree & BARK loud & don't take no for a answer (TV) ;D I think Tv is waiting for them!

I hope there is a video for What Ya soon. i think that could have an amazing video and get them a lot more promotion and stuff. But they work really hard, and so far it seems to have paid off.

Music videos arent really as relevant as they once were...but it'd be nice to see one, I guess the best promotion is touring. And ppl post live videos up all the time.

Also the album has only been out for four months. They can't just release single after single because if they do that they will be releasing another album in less than a year lol. I love hearing new tunes from them but they just released this album.. Give it some time. They will release a lot more singles off this album with videos. I know they have shot some stuff for What Ya Gonna Do. If the record label don't release more songs off this album than they did with EB and TITTL then i'm going to be really disappointed. I would like to see "2 Sides Of Me", "The Life", "Waking Up The Devil", "Red Tail Lights", "Striptease" and "Put That Record On" get released.
I really hope Hinder does what they were talking about though and release a couple of Itunes specials with some of the songs that didn't make the album.

I've been severely let down by the lack of promotion for this record. It's their best yet their least promoted. I remember months before "Extreme Behavior" even came out they were being promoted heavily and the buzz around them was insane! I have HEARD that there have been some changes in personnel at the label and that has directly affected the band. Which is sad. Because I truly believe this was the record Hinder was born to make and it's like the record company doesn't realize what a gem they have. I, personally, think What Ya Gonna Do was a bad choice for a second single. It's a great tune but Red Tail Lights, The Life, or even Everybody's Wrong would have been much stronger crossovers. That's just one man's opinion, though. The positive around all this is that Lips didn't hit it huge until a year after EB was released, so maybe the label is "saving" the stronger singles for a little later. I don't know. All I know is, Hinder is a great modern rock band that is not getting the attention they deserve for such a great record.

Yea, i didn't think What Ya was the best choice either. I really was voting on The Life or Red Tail Lights. Those both had a lot higher potential i think, because they are both such relatible songs. Not that people can't relate to What Ya, but i think less people can than could to The Life or Red Tail Lights. But...that's just me.....and i love the record almost as much as i did Extreme Behavior, which is saying a lot.

I think What ya is a great choice! ;D we will see if it has legs & I think it will after that who knows? but I would say "2 sides of me" which is my favorite song from the album & could hit all markets
I still think Music Video being played is still Huge! like Houston said promoting is a big factor but if the record company won't do it than Hinder will have too & they have done a good job but Like I said they need somebody to get forces into the TV market , I would love to see them on the "Today show concert series" they do it every spring

I did think What ya was a good choice for a second single, but now I have to wonder if maybe The Life would have been a better choice. Red Tail lights, I'm just not too sure about, it's a great song, I love the song...but then again, I am already a fan and it just doesn't grab me as the song that is gonna make a person who isn't already a fan, an instant fan. now I don't wanna get griped at for saying that, so it's only an opinion.

^^I agree with that in a way. I do think The Life would have been the best choice, honestly. That is a place where everybody has been in their life, like realizing it isn't as easy as every body thinks it is at a young age and stuff

Agreed, it's one of my favorites on the album, but I can see people (esp the ones who are critical already) not caring for it much. The Life would've gotten my vote b/c What Ya is my least favorite. But hey I'm not employed by the label to make those decisions so it is what it is. Am curious to see what's next though.

i personally think that what cha is a great song... and i believe it could be a great cross over hit... but with promotion.. which is why i say time and time again, call those radio stations and get it heard! it takes us to push, and them to make the music.. we work as a team.. thats how they can come to your city more!! =] trust me... the more we push the more people will hear... we are some pretty loud people!

Fans can push but it's also the record company and their management too has to push. Bug the radio stations, TV shows, magazines - get the word out.
