Just interested in what everyone's preference is for a Hinder concert. Do you all like the small venues in clubs and such or do you like the large stadiums?
I've only been to one concert so far (hopefully many more to come) and it was at a casino (fairly small venue). I liked that it was small though because it seemed more one-on-one, so to speak. But, I can see the fun in having multiple thousands of fans singin and rockin along with you.

Smaller venues are way better than large stadiums, IMO

smaller! so far i've been to 2 club shows and got front both times. 3rd one coming up. been to 3 bigger hinder shows and only once was i up front and it sucked even up front. actually, there was one other club show when i was younger and one huge stadium show when i was in middle school.

Yeah all the smaller venues I have seen Hinder,I got front row except for the Bijou theatre and only reasons I didnt get front row for that show was because of reserved seating.

I agree with you, Chrissy and RexRox. I know that at the show I attended they didn't have a whole lot of room to move around on like they would a larger venue and I probably didn't get to see a bigger set but I thought the concert was incredible!
I just bought VIP tickets for the first time to their concert in Durant, OK on Feb. 18th...can't wait!!

Smaller venues gets my vote. A smaller venue is better for an intimate feel, one that gives you the feeling of being right there "with" them as they perform. That being said, seeing them on a big stage in a stadium/coliseum is very cool indeed....watching the large crowd's reaction is pretty esome.

Yes & No! Normally Yes! But not yet! I don't think it matters w Hinder if you get a chance to be in front & get the area you want Hinder will fill the stage! & since they don't have any bells & whistles (cat Walk) theirs no videos so their show is the same! it really does not matter Yet! (if might later) I seen Hinder w a record Crowd last year & it was Amazing! You can tell they were flattered & I also seen alot of smaller shows too! Regardless of size of the Arena things I like & don't like I do like it better when its indoor only cuz its Louder I like a good Stage setup Cuz some of the smaller Areanas have very Low stage & it makes it harder to see them! & I have been to shows were the Front Lights are behind them (I never could figure that one out) anyway it's been all good w Hinder so Far & its cool to see other arena's But the best ones have been w alot of Loud Hinder fans! & When Hinder is the headliner! To be honest it really comes down to you first! !!!!!!! You have to make it a good time! ("Get the Party started" says it all, I'm,,,) I been to a lot of concerts that I just was not into it or the concert turned into to much of a show & less about the Music (mainly female artistes) & it was me! not the band or the concert! anyway Hinder comes to Play matter what! so I'm in small or Big LOL!

Its really hard to turn & look back into the crowd during the concert! ( I do try though) thats why I like seats or stand in the middle of floor & you can see & feel the energy of people in front of me! (hopefully Shorter people w no caps on) LOL! The Floor is the best!

^^I say that because we worked a show in December '08 at a larger venue here and got to watch from side stage. I walked all over b/c we were behind the barricade and could get all around the stage, so I could see the crowd up in the seats and on the floor. Some of the photos I have of the crowd reaction are amazing indeed and it's cool to see a BIG crowd react to them. In all my shows there are only 2 that we weren't on the floor/ground at the front.

Size of the venue doesn't matter to me. I care more about the view. I've been on the rail at both smaller and larger venues and I have no preference at all.

I like the smaller venues because you can get up close and personal, so to speak. But I also don't like them if there's no place to sit. I have an injury that makes it difficult for me to stand for long periods of time. That's why I like the larger venues because I have an actual seat but may not be as close to the stage.

Don't you hate that? More often than not, you feel like you are in a can of sardines. I agree with you on the larger venues - it is way more comfortable in the larger venues because you have an actual seat. You aren't as close to the stage but that's ok - for me safety comes first and I feel safer in a seat.
