I watched for a little bit, and my conclusion is that mainstream music is f**ked. LOL.

I didn't watch, I figure since the bands I listen to usually aren't included in ard shows, they aren't worth my time

Well, I'm a teenager, Mary, and I voted for Eminem NOT Bieber. Can't stand that kid. Canada has done so much better if you ask me. LOL. Let's see - could it involve particular BACONS in Nickelback and TDG? Am I getting warmer? ;D ;D Come on, not all teenagers like Justin Bieber. Speaking of he's actually playing at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto tonight. I can must imagine all the screaming teenyboppers. No, I'm not going. What's he's doing is really no different from past teen idols. They start out all sweet and innocent, get tattoos and piercings and become bad boys. His music is really what everyone else has done before. I'm Canadian and I personally can't stand the little twerp. Steve, I watched a couple of hours of the show. I wanted to see New Kids and Backstreet Boys but I'm was getting pooped and went to bed. I liked Enrique Iglesias with Pitbull doing "I Like It". I was disappointed with Bon Jovi's selection of songs - it was an exact duplicate of the Europe ards. I thought they would have done something a bit different but I loved seeing them just the same. P!nk, I think was lipping her performance. The music is on and her mike is halfway down to the floor.

Susan I try to record all the Music shows! I really don't care about who wins or loses & I just like to watch the Music performers & hopefully pull out a couple music videos buts its always nice to see if somebody you like, wins! I still trying to figure out how Rihanna Became a R & B Singer! LOL & I do like her (Alicia Keys lost) The show really had the same performers which is ok but they really need to perform Good songs which most did not , I guess its a click & onces your in, its hard for them to kick you out even if they have no good songs to sing! but Nickelback better get back in their! P!nk should have brought her background singers w her to sing that part of the song & eliminated some of the dancers to pay for it! Anyway alot of performers did it, Including Rihanna I thought the show was suppose to be Live? I have two Views w My Girl P!nk! It was a good high energetic performence which was good for the general public & the crowd, since the AMW show was really getting borning at this point! Lol I personaly want my Rocker P!nk Back!!! anyway I did not like the back tracking of her singing in the background P!nk did sing live but all the versus were backing tracking, it really PISSED me off !!!!!!! Anyway I always try to have a open mind when watching any ard show & I have the ability to watch a performer & like it even though I don't like the performer (up to a point we all have that problem) sorry I can't do it w The Back street boys & New Kids in the park! LOL I can upload it for you if you want it! I thought one of the Best performances of the night was Ke$ha, Sorry Cody!! Haha I don't know if she could play guitar but she knew how to smash it! Lol other than that, this show was one of the worst I seen in a while & I have really low standards MTV Poll & List of performers newsroom.mtv.com/2010/11/22/nkotbsb-ama-2010/#pd_a_4128780

My thoughts were WHAT ALOAD OF CRAP apart from BonJovi. When I watched I thought of Codys comments about Kesha esp when almost every so called live performance was mimed non wonder bands like Hinder get pissed off when they can perform esome LIVE and these pieces of crap are obviously so overworked in the recording process could never perform for real cause they are all fake pieces of crap >:(Thats my opinion anyways ;D

We need a Rock and Roll show - imagine having Nickelback, Bon Jovi, TDG, and Hinder all together. That would be amazing!
Steve, you better enjoy seeing P!nk perform now before she has her baby. Just as you did with Alicia Keys earlier this year. Great, if you can upload New Kids and BSB that would be great but only if you have a chance.
A lot of the performers on the show are the same. I too try to keep an open mind about them and I always enjoy seeing performances. Whether they are actually live is another story.
Think I missed something. What this about Cody talking about Ke$ha?

Taken from the bio on Hinders main page for BSM A lot of hard work went into making All American Nightmare, and the frustration that the band felt when seeing no-talent hacks parade across television screens inspired one of the album's gnarliest moments. The mean-spirited "Striptease" calls out all of the pop culture phonies who feed the media the sex and sizzle they crave but offer nothing but empty calories. Hanson says it was inspired by "all the little pop chicks that really don't have any talent and all of the reality TV stars that are famous for nothing. It's a shot at people we don't give a shit about, and we don't think anybody else should either. We were sitting around listening to that "TiK ToK" song [by Ke$ha], and we wondered why it was the number one pop song in the country. We just didn't get it. It was really offensive, so we got ourselves really worked up in that moment and wrote 'Striptease'.

HAHAHAHA....God I love this song..
"Guess I'll be the bad guy, so get mad at me, I'm only saying what everybody thinks...You ain't no Madonna, no you ain't no pop queen, you're just a prima donna sucking off the paparazzi..Gotta shake that ass, cause we know you can't sing...You think that you're the real deal, you're nothin but a Striptease"
