Yup! They even called corporate for me because it was their miscommunication and corporate said no. Out 400 bucks for it!

i think you should! call and tell them both those things and then follow through with it. post it on facebook what a bad expierence you had and use the company name and everything

I am going to email the actual agent first and not one of her people and see if she can do anything. They should at least pay the 400 back or just pay 400 of my deductible
