I was close to the stage but too far to the side. No idea how many people but no where near sold out. Posted about the show in the tours section. Don't need advice on the camera. Look at my siggie to see the type of pics I usually get. I took them last may at the national.

Look at my siggie to see the type of pics I usually get. I took them last may at the national. Looks like a big outside area Anyway I looked at your photo's & they looked Great! Kinda odd though, for some reason Your camera at the other show was shooting at a shutter speed of about 1/40 & this one was at 1/8

How can you tell what the shutter speed was? I had the settings different for this show because it was outdoors and the other was indoors. Plus I couldn't remember exactly what I used before lol. The zoom is seriously lacking on this camera but other than that I love it. Also hubby had been messing with the camera at the monster trucks so that's prob why the speeds are different. But id love to know how you can tell from the pic what the shutter speed was

But id love to know how you can tell from the pic what the shutter speed was RR You can find out your camera settings & everbody else's Too & even what kind of Camera They Used! LOL sometimes after Photo Editing the information will disappear (I never go less than 1/30 shutter speed) The first time I used my first Camera I used Auto mode the Pics looked Amazing on the LCD display & than when I got Home they all Sucked except 10 & one Amazing one, All the pics were about 1/8 SS & the better one's were Faster, I go back & review my Photo's every now & than, I also save photo's & see what other people use for their settings & bad ones too just to re-learn everything or try something NEW! LOL all concerts are different & Hinder can be Very Challenging cuz of all the differant Default Lighting they use at all the different Arena's & Bar & Not to mention low lighting! (Tip- Lights are Moving Objects too & they can get in the way!) Anyway I have all kinds of tips & I hope this is helpful, its a good tool to see what works & what does not with your camera (all camera's are differant) I like that your camera can take a good photo at 400ISO though How to find Photo Properties
1. Open Windows Explorer 2. Find Your Photo's & Highlight one
(Or you can double click it & view it in the photo viewer & than stroll thourgh your photo's & than stop than RT click the middel of the photo & than goto step 4, It should work depending which default Photo viewer you are using , not all of them work this way) 3. Right click pull down menu & click Properties 4. On the Top Tab Click Summary 5. Click on Advanced You should get something like this!

For anyone going to any of the upcoming shows, I'm putting in my request for an up close pic of Cody's new drumhead.
