Just a reminder, so far Hinder fans are really lucky with the meet n' greets. FYI I'm not against bands charging for the meet n' greets, because at least they offer them to the fans and since they're extremely limitted they have to limit it somehow.
Papa Roach (doesn't include show ticket) - $100 plus ticket This upgrade includes the following: * Watch Papa Roach perform a few songs at soundcheck * Meet and Greet with the band * 1 pre-signed poster * 1 group photo with Papa Roach * Front of line entry * Pre-show merch shopping * Souvenir tour laminate
Kiss - $995
Bon Jovi - lots of luck!
They did have packages last tour for about $1000 or $1500 for front row tickets and eat with the crew, but not the band.
Aerosmith - I think it's around $1000
Daughtry - $155.25 w/o ticket
Nickelback - about $350 - $400
Anyone correct me on these, just some ideas.

yeah, but at least with the papa roach, you get more for your money. we don't get to see hinder play. we barely get time to talk to them even. i'm sure with the others, you get more too.

From what I recall, they weren't so reasonable during Cruefest - thinking they were $100 not including the ticket and you didn't get anything more than what we get now.
Rev Theory has been $30 and each one that I've been to has been a little different....sometimes they do an acoustic, shortly after they recorded the acoustic session at Gibson and before it was released, they would play that from Rich's iPod instead of doing something live, they give you something to drink, posters, cd's, pictures and autographs. I actually got to hear them do Voices during one of my VIP's without Rich singing. Lately with a few of us, we've been able to hang out with them before the show, watch from side stage and hang out with them after the show as well. Maybe we're just special and I don't know or guarantee that they will continue to or be able to always do that.
Shinedown used to have theirs as the first 10 tickets sold to each show got to do a M&G with them. Mine actually included a special soundcheck performance. I think that has changed and I want to say they were between $125 & $175 depending on if you did GA or reserved seating and it included the show ticket, M&G with the band, limited edition poster and laminate.

yes, I know that other bands cost more than Hinder, but it's all a shame that any of those bands charge that much for 1 concert ticket, it's scalping no matter what comes with it. @papa roach giving a "pre-signed poster"...wtf? they can't even personally autograph something for their fans who paid that much to see them? ridiculous!!

Yeah I went to Cruefest and it was an extra $100 bucks, so I was the only one and they brought me on the bus so that was definitely worth it and lucky. lol.
I think Daughtry includes soundcheck too.
BTW a lot of bands are on the ticket scalping band wagon now so they make the money instead of some jerk that gets all the profits, now the bands do. Sad, but true.
At least these bands offer it at any cost, if Bon Jovi did that years ago it would have saved me lots of time and money. They still don't offer to meet them.

Where did you see that? My VIP includes the ticket for The Machine Shop show. My post above was for Cruefest - it was $100 on top of the ticket cost.

Yeah, I agree how pricey MnG's with other bands could be. At the Aerosmith concert in Honolulu a few days ago, VIP MnG's cost close to $1000! Which included some Aerosmith stuff and dinner with Joe Perry. For a few hundred less, you could hang with the drummer instead. Not even the full band, hows about that. At least it included the $200 concert ticket. As much as I wanted to meet Joe Perry (I rather it be the whole band) I don't want to spend more than $1000 just to meet them. I'm glad Hinder doesn't charge so much.

maybe not yet, but those other bands didn't start out @ $900 either...anyways, I am not that desperate to meet anyone, no matter how much I love them.. last year I met Puddle of Mudd after their concert, there was no extra expense...they signed autograph's at the merch table, without any requirement to purchase anything from the merch table, I thought that was really cool.

Does anyone know how the papa roach meet & greets work? I have 2 VIP tickets, but I don't have much information, i was never sent an email about what time it started, where to meet, or anything like that.

I am all for going to see a band but in these tough economic times I cannot justify spending $100 to meet people that I have already met. Maybe in the future and my financial situation becomes different, then maybe. But right now, nah. can't do it. and yes I know I had said that I was going to pay $150 to meet Staind. But I didn't and I doubt I will anytime soon.

Whoa....Bon Jovi's new ticket prices for VIP which does NOT include meeting the band is $3,500 for two front row tickets and some merch. WTF? Really they couldn't throw in a meet n' greet for that?
